The team led by Prof. Bao Zhenmin and Prof. Wang Shi from the Key Laboratory of Marine Biogenetics and Breeding (OUC), Ministry of Education, and the Fang Zongxi Center for Marine Evo-Devo made significant advancement in the development of PanSyn, a genome architecture analysis tool, which is the first comprehensive analytical tool that integrates macro-/micro-evolutionary genomes and functional genomes.
