On November 6, at the joint invitation of Prof. Li Jianping, Dean of the Academy of Future Ocean, and Prof. Xu Bochao, a Ph.D. supervisor of the Academy of Future Ocean, Prof. Isaac Santos from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, a Fellow of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), delivered an academic lecture titled “Natural Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement via Submarine Groundwater Discharge“at Future Ocean Forum. The lecture was hosted by Dr. Zhao Shibin, and was attended by over 17,000 participants, including students from the AFO.
