On April 10, at the joint invitation of Prof. Li Jianping, Dean of the Academy of Future Ocean, and Prof. Zhang Xiaohua, a Ph.D. supervisor of the Academy of Future Ocean, Dr. Wang Xiaoxue, an undergraduate alumnus (Class of 2000, Food Science and Engineering, College of Fisheries) of the University, from the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered an academic lecture titled “Discovery and Function of Marine Microbial Toxin-Antitoxin Systems” at Future Ocean Forum. The lecture was hosted by Prof. Zhang Xiaohua, and was attended by over 13,000 participants, including students from the AFO.
