On April 13, at the invitation of Prof. Li Jianping, Dean of the Academy of Future Ocean, Prof. Wenyan Zhang from the Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon (Institute of Coastal Systems), Germany, delivered an academic lecture titled “Anthropogenic Activities Impact Sediment and Carbon Fluxes in Coastal and Shelf Seas” at Future Ocean Forum. The lecture was hosted by Prof. Wu Xiao, a Ph.D. supervisor of the Academy of Future Ocean, and was attended by over 15,000 participants, including students from the AFO.
